We do not have any hidden charges whatsoever.

Services Free of Charge Include The Following:
 Playtime - your pooch will enjoy playing and socializing in our playground for a minimum of 12 hours a day. The only time Campers are in their cabins is to eat and sleep.
The Treats! Yep, free of charge. All Natural treats made just for dogs are handed out throughout the day.
Human Interaction & Belly Rubs - we wouldn't take your money for these if you tried to give it to us. It's what we love to do and why we are here.
Any medication that may need to be given will be administered at all scheduled times prescribed.
On a special diet? No worries! We can accommodate any feeding instructions that may require the freezing, heating or chilling of the food.
Reservations & Deposits
Reservations are required for all Overnight Campers. Please book ahead for Major Holidays as space is limited and we fill up quickly. A 50% deposit will be required upon time of booking for Major Holidays. Your deposit will be applied to final bill upon check-out. Cancellations during Major Holidays are required 14 days in advance. Deposits are non-refundable in the event that the cancellation is not made within the 14-day period. Fido’s requires no minimum stays. Major Holidays include:

Temperament Evaluation
(One-Time $10.00 Fee)
All dogs must complete a 2-hour temperament and social evaluation to make certain that your dog feels safe and comfortable within their new surroundings. You can simply drop your dog off and we’ll take care of the rest. Please call for an appointment. Prior to your appointment, you will need to complete the Application available here or you can pick one up by stopping by the Funhouse.
Behavior Restrictions
For the safety of our guests and staff, all dogs attending Fido’s Day and Overnight Camp must be non-aggressive toward dogs and people. Obsessive herding behaviors are also not permitted. Although we at Fido’s love all breeds of dogs, some breeds don't do well in the stimulating social environment of group play and our “play all day” philosophy. Please contact us directly so that we can review Fido's Behvior Restrictions with you.
Other Requirements
All dogs must be spayed or neutered if over the age of 6 months.
All dogs must be at least 4 months old to attend Camp.
Provide proof from your veterinarian of current DHLPP, Rabies and Bordetella Vaccination. Bordetella must be administered 7 days prior to arrival and re-administered every 6 months.

Flea & Tick Prevention
To keep everyone safe and healthy, we require flea and tick preventative. We will apply treatment at a nominal fee upon arrival unless proof of treatment is given in the form of a receipt or verification through your veterinarian. Dogs with conditions that prevent the use of flea and tick treatment will be waived from this service with verification through your veterinarian.

Pick-up and Drop-off
All dogs must be on a leash when entering or exiting the building upon check-in. Campers will then be given a special collar, created just for them, that will include all their personal information.
Due to the high-paced environment of our facility, we ask that you please adhere to your reservation time(s).

Food & Treats
Please pack your pets regular food and special treats in disposable plastic containers or bags. Write your pet(s) name and feeding instructions on all packages or good containers. We will freeze, refrigerate or heat your pet(s) meals, if needed, at no additional charge.
Medication
We take care of the medication that you administer at home at no charge. Please bring all medication in its own container with your dog’s name on the outside along with written instructions.
Toys & Bedding
We have lots of activities and toys at Fido’s Funhouse. Therefore, we ask that you please leave all personal toys at home. If you have a pooch that has to sleep with their “baby”, simply pack it with their belongings and we promise that they will have it with them when it's time to go to sleep.
All overnight campers will enjoy the night sleeping in one of our spacious cabins that include a comfortable cot with a fleece bed. If your pooch has to sleep in their own “bed”? Bring it along with their other belongings and we’ll make certain they are tucked in when it’s time to sleep.
